Purchased in game add-ons or perks can only be refunding if they are not showing as redeemed with our system logs.
Remember all in game feature purchases with have some form of a lifetime, this maybe until next map wipe or a time period. It is the buyer who needs to ensure that they understand these restrictions prior to purchase. Each item will have these outlined via it's store page.
